Want to make THE BEST salad dressing? Here is the recipe:

Garlic Dressing
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4c. Parmesan cheese
1/2c. Olive oil
1/4t. salt
1/4t. pepper
1/2t. oregano dried
1/4t. thyme dried
1-2T. mayo (optional)
1T. lemon juice

The salad looks delicious! What are the ingredients besides the carrots and beets? And I love the girls dressing! yum!

Looks wonderful for sure!!! What else did you put in the salad and did it al come from your garden?

The only ingredients from our garden were the beets and carrots. The rest is chopped red sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, beet greens, and that awesome garlic dressing.

I roasted the beets in olive oil and sea salt at 350 for 45 mins. Wash, don't peel, cube, and bake! Easy-peesy!
