Combatting the Cold

It's wintertime around here. If you are around our farm in the evenings, you will find Thomas building a warm fire out in the front yard. We burn a lot of mesquite wood around here, so often we put our coals into the smoker and bar-b-que something for dinner. It's the secret ingredient to Texas BBQ, I'm sure of it.
