

It's summer time. And for me that means dinner comes from my raised beds and I get to eat outside in the sun at 8 o'clock in the evening. This scrumptous salad is made with homegrown salad greens, julienne carrots, roasted beets, loads of bleu cheese, and honey mustard dressing. So easy...so good.

Oh wow, i"m drooling. That looks incredible, I'm jealous of your garden too. Some day...some day I'll have a food garden.
